Our Commitment to You

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RomanceGenerator experience. While all sales are generally final due to the digital nature of our service, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.

When Refunds May Be Granted

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing purchased content
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same credit package multiple times
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or without authorization
  • Within 7 Days: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • After credits have been used to unlock chapters
  • Due to dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
  • After 7 days from the date of purchase
  • For promotional credits or free chapters

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at alexis@romancegenerator.com with:

  • Your phone number associated with the account
  • Date of purchase
  • Order/Transaction ID (if available)
  • Reason for refund request

Q: I forgot my login - how do I access my account?

A: Simply enter your phone number on the login screen and we'll send you a new magic link to access your account. Your credits and stories will be waiting for you!

Q: My credits disappeared - what happened?

A: Credits never expire and are tied to your phone number. Make sure you're logging in with the same phone number you used when purchasing. If you're still having issues, contact our support team.

Q: Can I transfer credits to another account?

A: Currently, credits cannot be transferred between accounts. Credits are permanently associated with the phone number used during purchase.

Q: The AI generated inappropriate content - what should I do?

A: We apologize if the AI generated content that made you uncomfortable. Please report the issue to our support team with details about the problematic content so we can improve our filters.

Q: Can I download or export my stories?

A: Currently, stories are stored locally in your browser. You can copy and paste your stories to save them externally. We're working on adding an export feature in the future.

Q: I have a promo code - where do I enter it?

A: You can enter promo codes in the login screen when you authenticate. The credits will be automatically added to your account after you log in.
